This Week at Chic 4/26/15

This week at Chic we've been busy behind the scenes getting ready for our next sale!  The theme is "Star Spangled Style" and it will feature all kinds of red, white and blue items to help you celebrate Memorial Day, July 4th or any other event that requires a bit of USA love!

#StarSpangledStyle will be live on our Facebook page May 3rd and 4th, so set yourself a reminder and make sure you like our page and interact with it by liking posts, commenting and sharing so that you don't miss any important info on the sale!

We just have a few items to show you from the designers this week because everyone's hard at work on their star-spangled items, but here's what Kim and Becky have been up to!

Kim from Nini and Ash created this darling  shortall outfit for a little man who celebrated his first birthday this weekend!  Fully reversible with snaps for easy diapering. If we get some cake on ourselves, no worries...we'll turn it inside out and it's a whole new outfit!!

Becky of Becky Sue's Bow and Sews fame also made something for a young man this week!  Check out these banners for a proud Boy Scout to display his extra pins and patches - no ruffles in sight and she stepped out of her comfort zone by spending time in the hardware store as well as the fabric store for this project.  She also completed this sweet little dress that was requested by one of our lovely Chic Threads & Things customers during our #HereComesTheSun sale.

This Week at Chic 4/19/15

It’s been an exciting week for the Chic Threads team.  Monday and Tuesday we held our “Here Comes The Sun” sale.  We posted our first ever video and it got a good response, so look out for more of those!  We also welcomed some new team members behind the scenes, but we can't introduce them officially until they're “trained in the ways of Chic”. 

 

We can tell you that we're planning our next sale.  The details aren’t final yet, but look out for an announcement very soon (hint, the theme is relevant to an upcoming holiday).  We’re already doodling pictures of outfits and thinking about fabrics for it!  Ooooooooh, did someone say fabric???
